If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you notify is within 7 days of receiving the parcel, we will fully refund you. We will arrange for the collection of the items on our cost.
Shipping Policy South-Africa
We will ship your order within 7-10 working days from receiving your payment. We will immediately send the tracking number to you via email once we sent out your parcel. We have three shipping options available for our South-African customers.
Couriers
We make use of an economy courier to ship your parcel to your door in South-Africa at a delivery cost of R90. Alternatively, you can select the Postnet counter to counter option at R99. If you are situated in an area that falls outside of their normal delivery areas surcharges might apply. This is usually areas that are difficult to reach for example small towns that are not close to major national roads or farm areas. If you have placed an order and we notify you about an extra charge, we will fully refund you if you choose not to go ahead with the order.
For all Postnet counter-to-counter orders, Postnet will notify you as soon as the parcel is ready to collect at your branch. Surcharges don’t apply on Postnet parcels.
Collections In Bloemfontein Collections can be arranged via email or WhatsApp. Please specify this on your order.
